Another Word to manage UK Mail’s brand

UK Mail has appointed Another Word for UK reputation management, with particular emphasis on building the brand’s presence in the home delivery sector.

The parcel delivery company has briefed the agency to produce a series of proactive campaigns to highlight a number of its new services developed in response to changing consumer shopping habits. Another Word will also oversee any crisis and issues management for the business.

The appointment adds to the agency’s client portfolio, which includes The Body Shop, Bupa, WHSmith, Amazon and DHL.
