Hope&Glory toasts Edrington-Beam Suntory UK account win
Drinks distributor Edrington-Beam Suntory UK (formerly Maxxium UK) has handed Hope&Glory the consumer and trade PR briefs for its spirits portfolio.
The win includes brands such as Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, The Macallan, Highland Park, Laphroaig, The Famous Grouse and Courvoisier.
Hope&Glory will also work in a corporate capacity to position Edrington-Beam Suntory UK as a leading UK spirits business.
James Gordon-MacIntosh, partner at Hope&Glory, will lead the agency team and report to Gareth Brown, Edrington-Beam Suntory UK’s marketing director.
“This is the richest spirits portfolio in the country from a storytelling perspective,” said Gordon-MacIntosh. “The team at Edrington-Beam Suntory has a visionary approach to each brand in their charge and we’re looking forward to making those plans a reality.”
Brown added: “We wanted a partner that has a depth of understanding of consumer and trade communications to help us build the reputation of the brands in our charge – helping us connect with a diverse set of audiences and occasions.
“Hope&Glory has the breadth to take on the strategic and creative requirements to reach the trade audiences we need to engage.”
