Grayling wins major global and UK health accounts
Grayling has won competitive briefs to address some of the world’s biggest health issues for The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and The Health Foundation.
UNOPS has chosen Grayling as its worldwide communications agency for the RBM Partnership to End Malaria (formerly Roll Back Malaria partnership).
Grayling will provide the partnership with global comms counsel and support. Its activities will encourage international stakeholders to act to combat malaria and promote World Malaria Day 2018.
The Health Foundation has appointed Grayling for a UK-wide brief to promote its upcoming inquiry into young people’s health prospects. The agency will develop a comprehensive comms strategy for the inquiry, which is part of The Health Foundation’s “healthy lives” strategy.
Grayling’s specialist health team in London will lead both accounts.
Kathryn Ager, Grayling’s head of health, said: “These are significant and exciting projects that can really make a difference to health outcomes for people in the UK and around the world and I am delighted these organisations have chosen to work with Grayling.”
Jenny Cockin, assistant director of communications at The Health Foundation, added: “Grayling’s understanding of both the health landscape and experience delivering major communications programmes convinced us they were the right agency.
“We are excited about working with Grayling to raise awareness of the inquiry and ensure it engages effectively and comprehensively.”
Xenya Scanlon, strategic communications partnership committee manager for RBM Partnership to End Malaria, concluded: “We are looking forward to working with Grayling throughout 2018 to help realise the partnership’s vision of a malaria-free world.”
