Newgate to help launch Duke Kunshan University courses
Duke Kunshan University has appointed Newgate Communications to manage UK and European communications for the launch of its first undergraduate programme.
The university is a partnership between North Carolina’s Duke University and Wuhan University in China. It is targeting British and European students with a syllabus designed help them respond to the challenges of new technologies.
Denis Simon, executive vice chancellor of Duke Kunshan University, said: “In times gone by, many families would send their children to be educated in America or Europe, believing that the world’s best universities could only be found in those countries. That has changed as students and their families look at how University education prepares students for life after graduation.”
