Global management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney has appointed James Horsman as director of marketing and communications.
Previously James was a Marketing Programme Director in Ernst & Young’s EMEIA Transaction Advisory Services Group and prior to that he was the EMEA PR lead for the consulting firm Bain & Company. He is a professional services marketing specialist – having previously advised McKinsey, BCG, Booz Allen Hamilton, Clifford Chance – as well as A.T. Kearney.
James brings to the role a twelve year background in PR and marketing having served as an Associate Director in the Corporate and Financial practices of Edelman and Hill & Knowlton gaining extensive experience in oil & gas and financial services while based in New York, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Dubai. He is a qualified corporate Barrister.
James will be based in London and report into A.T. Kearney London Managing Partner Phil Morgan. His core focus will be on "leading his team in delivering distinctive thought leadership that articulates the firm’s core brand values of collaboration, authenticity and forward thinking".
